DMN-DG8 Peristaltic Eight-channel Micro Dosing Machine is one of the specially produced devices of our company. This device is a peristaltic model produced for multiple fillings that require high precision at the microlitre level. The peristaltic head used can have 4-6-8-10-12 channels. These models are our DG-4, DG-6, DG-8, DG-10 and DG-12 models.
Our DG machine models have already become a proven model used in the production of domestic and international medical test kits, various laboratory test processes and filling small ml of expensive raw materials. Our DG models are domestic and Turkish made.
Maximum capacity of 48ml/min per channel.
Each cassette on the head can accept 3 diameters (1×1, 2×1 and 3×1) silicone hose.
Roller rotation speed is between 0-160 min.
With the attachment at the end of the hose, extensions can be made as needed.
